SILVERADO

Silverado is a 43-acre mixed-use development in Cedar Park, which includes approximately 12 acres of office/retail, and 14 acres of multi-family that are connected through a pedestrian realm greenbelt ‘spine’ that runs within the site.

Silverado is a pedestrian-friendly development with a range of amenities, including a network of trails leading to 12.5 acres of dedicated open space.

LSI is currently in the process of rezoning this site to a Planned Development District (PUD).
