Sawyer Ranch Crossing is a mixed use commercial development located just off of Hwy. 290 in Hays county Texas, sawyer ranch is approximately 22 acres of rolling hill country topography with high visibility and great views. The program for this site is comprised of 120,000 sf Office, 27,500 sf Retail, 8,000 sf Restaurant, and 20,000 sf for distillery / brewery production. We capitalized on the natural slope of the site to frame views for all points of the development, and organized the plan to utilize the natural drainage of the site. Breaking away from typical retail/ office parks, we introduced an entertainment aspect to the project, with a centralized venue that can be enjoyed by all tenants and consumers at Sawyer Ranch.
