Madison at Georgetown is a proposed residential subdivision located in the full-purpose jurisdiction of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas. The overall development is proposed to be constructed in three individual sections with multiple phases in each section. There are 936 total proposed single-family lots with a range of sizes, along with multi-family residential and commercial components along the entrances to the subdivision from Highway 195 and Ronald Regan Boulevard. An elementary school site is also proposed within the project.

LSI prepared and processed multiple entitlements for the property through the City of Georgetown, including a Development Agreement with the City that set regulatory actions and milestones, as well as utility capacities and triggers for water and wastewater. Entitlements process by LSI included annexation and zoning, three Preliminary Plats, and a Final Plat. In addition, we coordinated the participation in the Williamson County Conservation Foundation specific to karst habitat areas on the land for endangered species protection, and coordinated the dedication of active and passive parkland to further protect potential area of endangered species.
